 | Approximately 30 km east of Bracebridge, Villa Soleil is situated on Clear Lake, a small lake with exceptionally clear water. Villa Soleil is also walking distance from another lake, Little Leach Lake, which is an excellent spot for bass fishing. This large wooden cottage is the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
The all-pine interior is artistically combined with a splash of colour for a warm and inviting ambience. The cottage is a unique cultural mix of Scandinavian-style furniture and South American decorations. The cottage is fully equipped with sauna, DVD, and a gas barbeque, just to name a few, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The large family room is ideal for kids or relaxing in a soft hammock or comfy couch to watch TV or enjoy the scenery.
The cottage is surrounded by crown land on one side, plentiful forest and a 280 ft lake front. There is a private sandy beach, shallow water for kids, and a floating raft for diving |

The Lake:
Clear lake is our main attraction, because it is clean, clear, peaceful and beautiful. We have a private, sandy, shallow beach suitable for kids. We also have a floating raft for diving, row boat, canoe and life jackets.

Tariff
The cottage can be rented for a minimum of one week.
Price $2,300.00 per week. June week $1,800.00
Price $ 4,500.00 for two weeks. (Two week rentals are preferred)
A cleaning charge of $ 100.00 is applied to every rental period.
An extra $50.00 cleaning charges applies if you have a pet.
