 | The Lemon Tree Cottage is a two bedroom apartment with one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air-condition / heating. The open plan kitchen offers the opportunity for informal cooking with your friends and family. The lounge area has a two piece suite, TV and DVD and fire place. The bathroom is designed up to highest standard with shower, WC and Bidet.
Further, a barbeque on the terrace offers the opportunity for nice and unforgetable evenings. Of course sun beds and garden furniture also belong to the equipment of the Lemon Tree Cottage.
Moreover, we put a hair dryer, a bag for the beach and bathrobes at your disposal.

Location: The Lemon Tree Cottage is sitated like the main house on a more than 3000m ² large property close by the village Catalköy. The surrounding properties are mostly individual summer residences whereas large hotel complexes or other buildings do not disturb your view yet.
The cottage was built on one quarter of property and is conviniently hidden by trees guaranteeing a maximum of peace, recovery and privacy. If larger building activities are predictable which might have an impact on your holiday, we will let you know immediately. Vacation is finally also matter of confidence and trust and we would like you to feel comfortable with us and the cottage at any time . |  |
 | Catalköy Belediye Beach: The municipality beach lies underneath the village Catalköy and can be reached by car within five minutes. It is cleaned daily and offers nice sand beach places as well as sun beds on the plastered promenade. Furthermore, the municipality beach has a beautiful restaurant serving international and national cuisine and snacks, alcoholic drinks and softs. The view from the large restaurant terrace is breath-robbing and especially recommendable and unique during sunset.
Alagadi Beach: This idyllic beach is approx. 20 minutes far away from the Lemon Tree Cottage and can be easily reached via the newly build coastal road. The entrance might be a bit hidden, but therefore this beach offers peace, privacy and pure nature. It is a good idea to bring along own food in order to spend a nice day there and enjoy a picnic. |
