The Villa comfortably sleeps 8 - with twin, double and family bedrooms, it has a shower room and family bathroom and separate WC. The living area is spacious with a fully fitted American style kitchen. It has a comfortable lounge and dining area with open fire. The large new swimming pool in private grounds is open from mid April until the end of September.

There is a large comfortable lounge with a modern well equipped American style kitchen, dining area providing seating for eight and leather sofas in front of the beautiful open fireplace. A sofa bed provides for extra sleeping.
There are three bedrooms, one double, a twin bedded room and a spacious family room consisting of one double and two twin beds. There is a travel cot, baby walker and car booster seat available on request.
There is a new shower-room. and a main bathroom which consists of a bath with overhead shower and wash handbasin. There is also a separate WC.
French doors provide access to the covered terraces ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sweeping views of the hillside villages and Southern Alps . Steps lead to the large private swimming pool (11 m x 5 m) which is surrounded by paved sunbathing terraces. |  |
 | There are numerous restaurants nearby serving French, Italian, Asian and English cuisine. Within five minutes drive there are café bars/tabacs, craft shops and supermarkets. The villa has all the facilities for a tranquil, relaxing and stress free holiday or a short break. Because it is centrally located, within easy reach of the Mediterranean Sea and hillside villages, it also makes a perfect base to explore the surrounding area.
The villa is also ideal for an action packed holiday! Lac de St Cassien with its many beaches provides facilities for swimming, windsurfing, sailing, pedalos and fishing. The area is ideal for walking, cycling and there are a number of golf courses nearby. |
