The flooring has been chosen in the respect of psycho-physic balance the natural cotto , made purposely to prepare according the ancient art, from one of the most famous klinks at Orvieto. But the real protagonist, the one that takes the lion share is the chestnut-tree wood; a refined planning and a clever working of this material underline the architectural solutions of the house. |  |
 | Every room is a comfortable oasis of relax thanks also to the choice of double glazed windows that offer a thermo-acoustic isolation. The electric installation has particular attention on the ground of the Chinese FENG-SHUI doctrine. Thanks to the application of a special bioswitch when the last light is turned off during the night the bed room comes completely isolated from voltage to allow a sleep devoid of electro-magnetic fields, but it remains to the radio alarm-clock, TV in the room and the mobile phone.
