 | In Valle Maira, Preit, at 1540 metres above sea level, 3.5 km beyond Canosio lies a beautiful hamlet, well preserved and partially renovated in the ancient style. We are glad to say that we can offer outstanding cuisine with local and piedmontese dishes. Vegetarians are welcome, just mention you are vegetarian upon reservation, in order not to disappoint you and bear in mind your expectations
We have a large collection of old and antique tools on display, and a number of books for reading or browsing (though mainly in Italian).
If you would simply like to relax, you can enjoy our small garden, the cool and quiet of the "grotto" or rest on one of the balconies. You can also send emails.
Our B&B is 100% non-smoking. We speak English, Italian, French,German and Spanish and will be pleased to assist you in any way possible

Location
You can reach Preit by car from Dronero in three quarters of an hour, taking the Canosio turning on the left at the Ponte Marmora junction.
Preit is 3.5 km after Canosio, or on foot or by mountain bike from the valley, through Soleglio Bue from Chialvetta, from Marmora, Gardetta and the Grana or Stura valleys, through splendid scenery with rare flowers, marmots and chamois.
