On the cultural side our cook gives 3-day cooking courses which demonstrate the typical dishes of our area. A visit to one wine cellars offers a chance to taste the famous wines typical of this area like the "sagrantino", "rosso di Montefalco" and "grechetto"; equally interesting is a visit to our local olive oil press when you can follow the whole process of making oil. |
