 | All Apartments are situated in a quiet place, far from mass tourism areas and from crowded places. It is ideal for both families with children and couples seeking relax; peaceful base from which to explore beaches nearby and the unspoilt landscape.
The apartments are settled in 1500 sq meters with pine trees and garden, just 300 meters from the sea away.
Villa Primera offers only 8 full equipped and good furnished apartments with communal swimming pool, solarium with sun loungers to relax. In addition to that, you can enjoy making a barbecue or playing with your children in the garden.
Uncovered parking facilities for our guests are available free of charge.
Recently refurbished, all the apartments have a lightly living room with sofa bed, for two persons, balcony or terrace, open kitchenette with lounge area, a good-sized twin bedroom with balcony and bathroom with bath and shower tube. |
All the apartments have pool and garden view.
They are equipped with bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, table cloth, coffee maker, microwave and more kitchen equipment and utensils.
Moreover, you can find some features in the apartment, if you requested them, like:
- Complements for the baby: cot, cot linen, high chair and baby towels.
- Something nice for your couple (flowers, wine, cava, fruit) or for your children (beach toys, dinner set of plastic).
- For late-arrival guests, we can prepare the shopping for your first breakfast.
Other facilities in the apartment: safety deposit box, heating and air conditioning.
Villa Primera offers also laundry service on request.
