2 Luxury, 3 bedroom Apartments (sleeps 4-6 people).

Newly built finished in Feb 2005, the apartments are situated in the quaint fishing village of Ferragudo.
This is a quiet, unspoilt village which has all your needs for a self catering holiday.
There is a lovely square with cafe's, bars, restaurants, a bank, post office, small supermarkets, bakery, chemist and small fish market.

The apartments at Ferragudo are a five minute walk from the beach and another 5 minutes stroll around the historic castle of Sao Joao do Arade which will bring you to the larger beach of Praia Grande where you can soak up the sun, enjoy a drink or some lunch at one of the beach bars.
The view of the new yacht marina of Portimao is complimented by the activity of leisure craft and passing fishing boats.
The apartments give every holiday maker the very best of everything. You can walk into the village with its superb restaurants, pubs and local craft shops and also walk to the beautiful unspoilt and quiet beaches where there are many beach bars. It is one of the best areas for water skiing.
It is 2km from Portimao where you can take boat trips and Jeep safaris and visit Praia de Rocha, where clubs and bars stay open until the early hours.

This apartment has an entrance hall,
3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one being an ensuite,
A lounge with log burning fire and satellite television (English channels BBC 1/2/3/4 & Portuguese channels),
Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board.
A good size terrace with table and chairs, small garden to the rear with table and chairs, sunloungers and barbecue.

Apartment B Penthouse
This apartment has an entrance hall,
3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one being an ensuite,
A lounge with log burning fire and satellite television (English channels BBC 1/2/3/4 & Portuguese channels),
There is a fully fitted kitchen with hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and an iron with ironing board.
The upstairs area has a roof terrace, 600sq ft with sunloungers and barbecue. There are panoramic views of Monchique mountaions, river and Portimao.

Smoking is permitted in both apartments.
Sorry no pets.

The apartments are a five minute walk from the peaceful Angrinha beach.
Not essential - airport pickup can be arranged
Thursday is the preferred change over day
A 30% deposit is required when booking and the full balance is due within 8 weeks of departure.
