This is a lovely family house situate in Glenmore Beach at the crest of a hilltop. The house boasts a magnificent 180 degree sea view and the beach is approx 2 minutes by car or a 15 min walk for the young and fit. The house has 3 bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 people. The main bedroom, with a king size bed is en-suite with bath and loo, second bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower and loo and the third bedroom has 4 single beds. There is a separate shower, loo and basin for this room to share and an additional “al-fresco” outside shower with hot and hold water. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. The open plan lounge (complete with DSTV and DVD player)and dining room is large and roomy and very comfortable with doors opening onto a paved braai area and lovely large swimming pool. (please note the pool is not fenced in when it comes to small children). |

 | There is parking for 1 car under a carport and 2 cars at the top of the driveway under shade cloth. The property is fully fenced with electronic front gate and the house is fully burglar barred with trellis doors on most exits and is fitted with a monitored burglar alarm. Over peak season in December a full time maid and DSTV is included.
General Comments: A really lovely, comfortable home which is tastefully furnished and just a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. A most definite recommendation. |
