Welcome 2 Costa Calida.......

The Costa Calida begins at El Mojon, an old fishing village with a superb beach. A short distance from El Mojon you will find the Regional Park of Las Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar, the most important wetlands in the region of Murcia. Flocks of pink flamigos rest here each year.

Lo Pagan, a town with the largest area of open-area mud baths in Europe. These mud baths are recommended for all kinds of skin complaints. In addition you will find several tranquil beaches, an early morning fish market and ample night-life.

La Manga, often referred to as a paradise between two seas, translated from the Spanish means the sleeve and is a unique resort being a strip of land 17 kms long situated between two seas with miles of beaches on both sides. The one sea the Mar Menor is the largest inland saltwater lake in Europe and is said to contain minerals which have healing qualities for such ailments as skin problems and rheumatism. The sea is quite shallow which makes it ideal for water sports and safe bathing whilst the Mediterranean sea on the other side with fine sandy beaches is much deeper.
La Manga has no town centre as such but many plazas and areas with shops, bars, cafes and restaurants along the length of the resort. The port of Tomas Maestre is a beautiful spot with private yachts giving a nice setting for a drink or meal, boat trips are also available from there. There is much to La Manga, water sports, beaches, bars and restaurants making it the ideal resort for a family holiday.
