 | Ashen Bank is located in the quiet rural village of Sway, set in half an acre of mature garden, with a heated outdoor swimming pool available to guests during the summer months of June to September.
We have two comfortable double bedrooms available, one twin and one double, both with their own bath/shower room for exclusive use by our guests. Robes are provided.
Ashen Bank – a non-smoking house – has a homely and personal atmosphere within a large secluded garden, but with easy 5min access to rail station and village centre. Walks and cycle rides can be taken directly into the forest from the house, continuing down Adlams Lane. |
Guests may breakfast on the terrace or in the dining room where a full English breakfast is served using local produce where possible. Most special diets can be catered for. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets or children.
You will receive a very warm welcome from your hosts, Richard & Deborah Walker who will be happy to give you advice and help to ensure your stay is rewarding and relaxing. Our home is found on the outskirts of Sway. |  |
 | Peace and tranquillity can be found in our half acre of delightfully mature garden which is perfect for relaxing in after a day out sightseeing or exploring the forest: plenty of seats and benches provide different vistas to enjoy the calm and to watch the varied birds that visit or relax or immerse yourselves in a good book.
The heated pool is open through summer months. Guests are invited to use it at their own risk for a refreshing swim before breakfast maybe or on their return from sightseeing. There are plenty of loungers to relax with a drink or a book. Please bring your own swimming towels. |
