 | We are originally from Sheffield in England. We arrived here on holiday in 1992 and the absolute beauty and serenity of the county drew us to look into some local properties for sale. In 1993 we moved here permanently. We bought a house in Cootehill, in a place called Clara Lane. It was an old two story house and was a bit run down at first, but we did a lot of work on renovating it. When it was renovated to our liking we decided to run a Bed and Breakfast in the house. We got a lot of business out of this and so, in 1997, we decided to build some cottages for self catering on some of our land nearby. These cottages were completed in 1998, and so we decided to sell our house and move into one of the cottages. Our new house is a cottage with an apartment The Warren underneath it for rent. The Pines.
This is a one-bedroomed studio.It is the most northern of the cottages and it is appropriate for one or two people who will be on holiday for any period of time. It has a single bedroom with two single beds and it can sleep one or two people.

The Warren.
This is a one bedroomed apartment. It is located beneath the owner's house, close to the games room and the laundry. It is appropriate for two or three people who will be on holiday for any period of time. It has a single bedroom with a double bed and a single bed so it can sleep two to three people. It is also especially equipped for disabled people with wheelchair friendly facilities.

This is a cottage.It is the most southern of the cottages located to the south of Fox Chase. It would be appropriate for a group of up to five people who are on vacation or on business in the area. It has two bedrooms, both with two single beds and a collapsible bed that can be set up in the lounge so it can sleep up to five people.

Fox Chase.
This is a cottage. It is located to the south of The Warren and it is appropriate for a whole family or a group of friends who are on vacation in the area. It has two bedrooms, both with single beds and a collapsible bed that can be set up in the lounge so it can sleep up to five people.
