There is a 21 ins. television and a video provided in the living area, car parking and town lighting are provided at the rear of the house. The house has all the mandatory requirements of the Bord Failte 4 Star classification. Patio furniture is also provided.

Only 30 miles west of Cork City, Clonakilty is known as the beach centre of West Cork. It is the prefect location from which to explore further afield. From the expansive blue flag beaches of Inchydoney Island to Red Strand and the numerous hidden coves there is plenty of safe swimming, surfing, and onshore fishing or just relax and taking a bit of the sun.
The quality of the environment is so good that over 200 species of birds and wildlife have been recorded along the local cost. The rugged terrain and scenery make the area a hill walker's paradise.
