Membership fees are payable upon submiting the membership form.
Membership is valid for 12 months from the month you join and expires at the end of the month of joining 12 months later.
Upon receipt of a completed entry form or email entry request, entries will normally be completed in three working days.
If membership is cancelled within 30 days of booking receipt, a cancellation charge of 30% (Standard £5-98, Premium £14-70) is payable.
If membership is canceled after 30 days of booking receipt, the full charge is payable.
