Nestling on a wooded hillside, 13 miles from the Highland capital of Inverness, Kiltarlity Lodges enjoys scenic views over farmland and mountains. Just 15 minutes drive from Loch Ness, the Lodges are a convenient touring base from which to visit many parts of the Highlands. Within easy reach are the Isle of Skye, John O'Groats, Speyside and of course the Black Isle. There are shops, hotels and restaurants only short distances away in nearby villages.
You can explore the heritage of the Highlands, visitng castles, museums and heritage centres, tour distilleries and sample the whisky, or perhaps take a boat trip and view the dolphins on the Moray Firth. The Lodges have an excellent standard of amenities including children's play area, swimming pool, games room and laundrette.
Activities locally include pony-trekking, fishing, golf and numerous hill and forest tracks ideal for the walker and mountain biker. |
The lodges are timber built and each sleep four to six persons. The three-bedroomed lodges all have one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The two-bedroomed lodges have one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
All have a bathroom with shower or bath, an open-plan living-room with dining-room, a well equipped kitchen. All lodges have a colour television. Bed linen is provided, and beds are made up prior to your arrival. Towels can also be provided on request for a small additional charge.
All heating is electric, with wood effect stoves and storage heaters in the living-rooms and wall-mounted electric heaters in the bedrooms. Two of our lodges have access for wheelchairs with ramps and wide doorways, while others without steps are suitable for guests with slight mobility difficulties. |  |
 | Amenities at the park include a heated indoor swimming pool (open April to October), a tennis court, putting green, badminton, basketball and a childrens play area. These facilites are free of charge to our guests.
Onsite we have a games room with table tennis and childrens games. A pool table, video games and jukebox are also available for a small charge.
There is also a coin-operated laundrette. |

3-Bedroom Lodge from £215 per week
There is an additional charge of £20 per week per pet. Cots may be hired for £12 per week and high chairs for £7.
