 | Keith and Catriona Webster welcome you to Heathbank House in Boat of Garten, in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park.
Located in the Highlands of Scotland, Heathbank House was built in 1897 and still retains much of the charm and character associated with its original Victorian features. Over the years, modern amenities have been added to make it the spacious and comfortable 6 en-suite bedroomed guest house it is today.
We have:
* Licensed dining room
* Ample parking space at the rear of the house, and can provide covered lockable storage for bicycles.
* Two four poster rooms.
* Two guest lounges.
* Superb views, in a quiet village setting. |
We have 6 en-suite bedrooms, each is individually decorated and has its own character. We have:
* One twin bedded or superking sized bed room on the ground floor.
* Two double and two four poster rooms on the first floor. One of the four poster rooms has a double bed, the other has a king sized bed. The two four poster rooms at the front of the property have views of the Cairngorms.
* One twin bedded room on the second floor.
We have two guest lounges where guests can read or chat. We also have a small selection of books and board games for our guests' enjoyment.

Please let us know in advance if you have a special diet. We will do our best to cater for you.
Meals are served in the Charles Rennie Mackintosh inspired dining room in the conservatory to the left of the house.
Dinner is a set/table d’hote style of menu, and comprises of 4 courses, including tea or coffee, excluding drinks. Please prebook if you would like dinner. In order to allow us time to prepare your meal, we like to know by 10/11 am at the latest on the day in question. We are a licensed guest house and so can sell drinks with your meal. |
