From Llanfair Caereinion take the B4389 south towards Newtown. After about one mile, turn right at crossroads. Then take the first left onto a minor road. Just after the road crosses the River Rhiw, when the road bends left, take the track ahead to Gwaelod-y-Rhos. After the farm, turn left to reach Cwm Dail.
