Welcome to Bryn Elltyd Guest House, located in a scenic lakeside setting at the foot of the Moelwyn mountain range, in the heart of The Snowdonia National Park. The basis of our business is sustainability. We use local organic produce and Fair Trade products, when available, and encourage sustainable practices - see our environmental statement. Open all year, Bryn Elltyd has an acre of semi wild grounds with trout pond and ducks and attracts many species of birds. It is surrounded by wild and beautiful mountain scenery and is in the centre of the Snowdonia National Park, one mile for the old slate quarrying town of Blaenau Ffestiniog. |

All our bedrooms are en suite, with shower facilities, and have fantastic mountain views. Our family room located next to the balcony, has views of the garden and Moelwyn mountains, with the flexibility of sleeping 2 adults and two children. Up stairs, also, are a double and single room with extensive views across the lake to the Arenig mountains. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor level, with zip and link beds, providing double or twin beds, and spacious showers. Other facilities in the rooms include, hospitality tray (tea, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuits), hair dryer, radio alarm, central heating & towel rails. |

Enjoy our health home cooking (local organic produce when available) in a relaxed atmosphere. Evening meals available with a menu choice which always includes meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, served with a complimentary glass of wine. As we are not licensed, guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol. Packed lunches available, as are full board packages tailored to suit your needs. Afternoon tea on arrival, served with home made cake, in one of our comfortable lounges, in the conservatory or on the south facing balcony. Relax at the end of the day in the sauna. |
