 | Audley House is a small Victorian Guest House built in the 1890’s.
We have 7 comfortable bedrooms, a Guest Lounge and Dining room which have all recently been decorated to provide modern comfort and a homely atmosphere.
There is a well maintained front garden for you to sit and enjoy.
Audley House is situated on a quiet tree-lined Avenue in the heart of the oldest part of Llandudno. We are two minutes walk away from the Victorian promenade and bustling town centre. The great Orme, Tram Station and many other of the local attractions are all within easy accessible walking distance.

Audley House has 7 en-suite rooms. Each room has been individually furnished and all have co-ordinated bedding and curtains. We operate a strict No smoking Policy in all of our bedrooms
Room 1: Situated at the top of the first flight of stairs. This is a Double room with en~suite bathroom and shower
Room 2: Situated on the first floor. This is a Twin bedded room with en~suite shower
Room 3: Situated on the first floor. This is a Double room with en~suite shower
Room 4: Situated on the first floor. This is a single en-suite room
Room 5: Situated on the second floor. This is a Double room with En-suite shower
Room 6: Situated on the second floor. This is a Family room (Double and Single bed) with en~suite shower
Room 7: Situated on the second floor. This is a single en-suite room

Choice of Cereals (Corn flakes, Rice Krispies, Alpen, Weetabix or Bran Flakes)
Full Breakfast ( Bacon, Sausage, Egg, Hashbrown, Grilled Tomato, Beans and mushrooms)
Alternativly we offer Poached, Boiled or scrambled egg on toast.

Evening Menu:~
We provide a varied Four course Evening meal which is freshly prepared on a daily basis using local produce. There is a choice of menu each day.

Directions
From the sea front Arvon Avenue can be easily found by turning left at the ‘T’ junction, continuing straight over the first mini roundabout and right at the second mini roundabout. Audley House is the first Guest House on the right hand side of the street.
Parking
Cars may be parked in Arvon Avenue or when the town is busy there are two large car parks close by.
