This “tropical paradise’ is a great private and spacious single-family vacation rental “perfect for two couples or two small families to share. This property is located oceanside of US Highway 1 on the Island of Key Colony Beach, near Marathon in the Florida Middle Keys. Street address: 340 12th Street, Key Colony Beach.
The large glass-enclosed porch has a family room and dining room that overlooks a sun deck and the water (canal). A great spot to enjoy any meal or to view great sunrise. We are located on a canal that leads to tile Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico - a five minute boat ride. This house includes a boat dock with fish cleaning table and barbecue grill, along with a sundeck and comfortable chairs.

All rentals include a temporary membership to the Cabana Club, a private ocean/beach club with pool, hot tub, and beach. The Club is within walking distance. A one-block walk to Sunset Park!
