The extended pool deck is fully screened and provides plenty of space for lazing in the sun, with its southerly rear aspect it affords the sunshine throughout the day. It is fully equipped with quality poolside furniture including 4 sun loungers, poolside tables and gas BBQ (gas included).
The 28' x 14' Roman style pool can be heated if required for those cooler months generally Oct thru May. (Sorry but due to the high costs involved an extra charge is payable).
The "lanai" is enclosed on 3 sides for added privacy offering shade and is equipped with ceiling fan, speakers for piped music and houses a large table and chairs with seating for 6 people. |
