The Upstairs is the primary living area with 2 bedrooms/2 baths, living room and fully equipped kitchen. The entire living area upstairs looks out upon the ocean. The downstairs, which has a separate entrance, is a spacious studio apartment that can easily sleep 5!. It has it's own full bath, living area and kitchen. The floor plan is perfect for family gatherings!
During the off season, we can rent the two stories separately according to individual needs. |
It's amazing to wake up in the morning to the sun quietly rising above the ocean, through the large windows that front the house. Whether you're drinking a cup of coffee in the kitchen or sitting out on the deck, it's a wonderful way to begin the day.

 | It's hard to believe sometimes, how much St. Augustine has to offer. We have eaten at a number of wonderful restaurants, and visited many of the sites that St. Augustine offers. And, while we don't golf, there is no doubt but that St. Augustine offers very fine golfing, whether at Sawgrass TPC up the road in Ponte Vedra, the World Golf Village or the many other courses in the area. |
