 | Our luxury fully air conditioned villa occupies a south facing plot in a very peaceful development called Westbury. It is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando theme parks, but at the same time being on the doorstep of all the major attractions.
The lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan with cathedral ceiling giving a light airy feel to the space. The villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout and ceiling fans complement the air conditioning.
Lounge
The main lounge area is spacious and has 2 comfortable sofas (one a sofa bed) for relaxing after a busy day at the parks or on the golf course.It is complemented by a 28” Cable TV with VCR/DVD player, PlayStation 2 and music stereo system. Through patio doors you can view the covered lanai and screened pool area. |
Kitchen Area
The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area incorporates every modern appliance.
Dining Area
The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs for more formal meals should you wish to have a relaxing family meal at home.
Master Bedroom
This large master suite has a king size bed, its own Cable TV/VCR, walk in wardrobe, cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan and a door leading straight onto the covered lanai. Perfect for those early morning coffees.
Bedrooms 2 & 3
Bedroom 2 has a full size double bed, large built-in wardrobe and Cable TV with easy access to the second bathroom. Bedroom 3 has twin beds with Cable TV and a large built-in wardrobe and is on the other side of the bathroom which also has a shower. |  |

The larger than average fully screened, south facing pool (heating opt.) also has the advantage of a spa. Perfect for enjoying sunrise or sunset with a glass of whatever you fancy! The pool deck features quality furniture including a table with cushioned chairs and sun loungers so that you can enjoy the all day sun. There is outdoor lighting and underwater lighting for enjoyable evenings by the pool. All the doors to the pool area are alarmed for children’s safely (Now a Florida regulation)
All linen and towels are provided, including pool towels so just bring a smile. The villa is professionally cleaned and checked prior to guest’s arrival by our reputable Management Company to ensure all is in working order.
Safety features include smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. This is a non-smoking villa, and no pets allowed |
