 | The spacious Family Room has plenty of sitting area with multi channel TV, DVD Player, Hi-Fi/CD player and telephone, (free local calls). Patio doors lead directly onto the pool deck. The dining nook is conveniently located between the lounge and the kitchen area.
The fully fitted kitchen area is complete with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, toaster etc., etc., etc., and ample utensils and crockery for both indoor and outdoor use. There is a separate laundry closet with washing machine and drier. The villa is fully equipped with linen, towels, pool towels etc. |
There are two en-suite Master bedrooms.The first master bedroom, which has patio doors leading onto the pool deck, has a queen size bed, a walk in closet and remote control television and ceiling fan/light. There is a separate door from the bathroom directly onto the pool deck.The second master bedroom is at the front of the villa and has a double bed, a walk in closet and a large 'walk in' shower in the bathroom. There is a ceiling fan/light and a remote control television.
Bedrooms three and four have twin beds, walk in closets, ceiling fans/lights and are off the central hallway which leads to the third bathroom. We also have a cot available for our younger visitors.

 | The westerly facing pool deck captures the sun from morning to late evening and includes a covered area furnished with comfortable chairs and a large table looking out over the lawned garden. The extended deck contains the 30ft x 15ft fully screened pool, with ample space for sunbathing and relaxing. All doors leading onto the pool deck are fitted with child safety alarms. The pool is fitted with the latest chemical free salt chlorinated system, it is serviced weekly and can be heated during winter months if required.
