 | Our Luxury Villa is situated in the gated community of Sanctuary Westhaven. We offer you an executive villa which is furnished to the highest standard. It comprises of the Master Bedroom, which has an en-suite with walk in shower and full size bath, the second double bedroom also has an en-suite, with the other two rooms being twin rooms which share the remaining bath room, all bedrooms have DV/TVs, there is also a formal living room and dining area.
This air conditioned home was built with a larger deck area giving you more room to relax by our 30 ft pool and spa. which has a 3ft shallow end gradually increases to a 6ft depth. Pool safety has not been forgotten, all doors leading to the pool are alarmed, along with a pool fence for the safety of our younger guests (and your peace of mind). The pool looks out onto the Florida orange groves for the comfort and safety of all guests there is a no smoking permitted in the villa. |
The villa is situated just 10 minutes from the Magic Kingdom and Disney's other parks, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios, Sea World & WET 'n' WILD Water Park & especially for the serious shoppers amongst you, about 35 minutes from world famous designer outlets
Also within 5 minutes of our home, for the for the golf lovers, is Champions Gate Golf course with many other championship courses within a 20 min radius
