The house is fully air -conditioned and is spacious with over 1,800 sq ft of living space consisting of: a lounge, family room, kitchen, dining area, a master bedroom with en-suite, 3 further bedrooms (1 with full bed the other 2 with twin beds), family bathroom, utility room and a large screened pool situated on a large grassed corner plot running down to the conservation land.
24 hour shopping and restaurants are only 5 minutes away down the 192. Disney World is 10 minutes drive all other major theme parks are within 20 minutes drive down the Interstate 4 (I.4).

To complete your holiday, at the rear of the house is a lovely south facing solar heated pool with views over conservation land and is the most enjoyable place to relax after those busy days at the theme parks. The pool and sun deck have night time lighting for those warm balmy nights spent outside. Pool furniture including sun loungers, table and chairs are also
available for your use. The fine mesh screen surrounding the pool lets the sun in but keeps the bugs out while you relax with a cool drink soaking up the glorious Florida sunshine.
