The open plan living dining area is fully air-conditioned with vaulted ceilings. It has an entertainment centre with a cable TV and DVD/VHS player with theatre surround system. There is a sleeper sofa. Loveseat cocktail tables and 2 end tables. The dining area houses a large table with seating for 6 all designed by a local interior designer. Entrance to this area is through a large arch adjacent to the entrance foyer.
KITCHEN AREA
The kitchen is fully equipped with an American sized cooker, microwave oven, fridge & freezer with ice-maker as well as a dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster and open plan breakfast bar. Opposite there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The breakfast area has a table and 4 chairs. It has everything you need to cater for your holiday. This leads onto the large Family room.

The family room has a sofa, loveseat with cocktail table and 2 end tables. Fully air-conditioned with ceiling fan and cable TV, DVD, VHS, Play Station 2 and a CD Stereo Radio Music centre. There is a patio door which leads to the covered lanai. The family room, breakfast area, kitchen and foyer are all fully tiled to bathroom 2.
POOL AND LANAI
The covered lanai holds luxury patio furniture, a table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers, together with a ceiling fan. This is a nice place to relax away from the full force of the sun. The 27ft swimming pool is fully heated with a built in spa which is ideal to relax in after a day walking around the parks. Pool heat is recommended in the winter months at an extra cost. The pool area is covered by a fine mesh to keep out the insects and flora from the pool |
